1. Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Non-returnable Items: Custom prescription lenses, used products, and promotional items are non-refundable unless defective or delivered in error.

You may request a return if:

- The item was damaged or defective upon arrival
- The product does not match the description or prescription ordered

To initiate a return:
- Email us at returns@zarvikvision.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days
- Return shipping details will be shared if eligible (return shipping may be covered in case of defects or errors)
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
